Gia Nicole Angel Foundation

The mission of the Gia Nicole Angel Foundation is to enhance the daily functioning of a child with special needs and his or her family by awarding assistance through the purchase of a specific item or items. This includes children with any physical disability (such as, but not limited to: spina bifida, paralysis, missing limbs) or illness (such as, but not limited to: cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, cancer). Funds are awarded on a case- by-case basis with preference given to lower income and single parent families. Families who wish to receive assistance must complete an application and demonstrate financial need.
