Wheels for the World depends not only on prayer, donations, volunteers, and people with disabilities… its success depends on hundreds of inmates in 16 prisons across the country. Joni and Friends works with correctional facilities to establish Wheels for the World restoration shops where inmates work hard to refurbish used but serviceable wheelchairs into ‘like new’ condition. And it’s changing lives for Christ! Just watch this brief video which highlights the testimony of one inmate, Billy Baker, who is grateful to God for Wheels for the World!
