Right now, our Wheels for the World teams are heading home from China, with hearts brimming over with joy, thanksgiving, and praise to God. We held one distribution in the industrial city of Anshan in northern China; we worked there with Zhang Xu, an orthopedic surgeon who came to Christ after he read the Joni book when he became a quadriplegic from a diving accident. I opened his e-mail this morning and these were his words: "We just had blessed 11 days with JAF Wheels Team here and the distribution was a full success.

About 196 poor disabled people have received their new wheelchairs and much more peole have witnessed and experienced amazing Jesus' Love on the distributing sites. Praise the Lord! All of our Bethesda staff was also blessed by working with the team has learnt a lot. Thank you all for letting this wonderful things happen here." And thank you, friend, for making wonderful evangelistic outreach like this happen through your partnership in the gospel (that's Zhang Xu receiving an award from Joni and Friends)!

I live in the south of China. I would like to get in contact with Chinese people like mentioned above to assist us in helping quadriplegics to be able to sit in wheelchairs as they all lie down, some for 20+ years. Can you help me please?

What a cause for celebration. I am praying that all 196 chair recipients will sense God's love for them in a fresh, tangible way.
